Policies
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy applies to any of the following... a reservation is cancelled in full or partially, a request to change or alter the dates of an original reservation, and/or request to change from one unit to another unit. Any changes to reservation due to cancellation in full or partial or any changes to unit or dates will result in a fee of $25.00.
Short and Long Term reservations, if cancellation is received fifty-nine (59) days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the rental rate, applicable tax and Accidental Damage Insurance is non-refundable. Cleaning fees and applicable tax will be refunded.
Deposit Policy
For Short Term and Long Term reservations a rental reservation deposit in the amount of $500.00, plus a $79.88 non-refundable booking fee, including tax, is due immediately, at time of booking, to confirm a reservation. The $500.00 rental reservation deposit will be applied and deducted from the total amount due. See cancellation policy.
100% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
