Absolutely amazing!
Stayed here with my Mom, sister and her 2 kids. The photos of the condo do not do it any justice! The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The beach was amazing! Residents, renters and Management staff were all very nice. We had the most wonderful time here. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful!
Beautiful property, wonderful ocean view. Accommodations were great; condo had everything we needed. This is a very family-friendly property. Direct gated access to beach (no streets to cross–a big plus especially when traveling with children) and just a few steps to no-drive beach. First visit to New Smyrna Beach but will definitely be back and would certainly recommend this property.

Fun in the Sun
Very nicely appointed unit from the linens to the beds to the kitchen supplies. Also impressed at how clean the unit was. This is not a new building, but nicely updated. Bathrooms were impeccable. View of the ocean was great. Plan to stay again when the occasional arises.

Minnesota Beach Lover
The facilities were clean, organized with everything you will need for an extended stay. The grounds were well kept and cleaned daily. The pool and beach are yards away from the unit we stayed at. We enjoyed very much our month long stay. We would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a perfect relaxing Florida vacation.
